Reset Code Request

Resetting a lost or expired password is a two-step process:

  1. Request a Reset Code
  2. Log in with that Reset Code at https://password.lbl.gov/reset to set your password
Note: You must already have configured your account notification information at https://password.lbl.gov in order to use this service. If you have not, you must still contact the IT Help Desk at 510-486-4357 in order to reset your password.
